I ACKNOWLEDGE: Emet Global Education Tuition Aid Plan's Terms and Conditions

  • Introduction: Emet Global Education is committed to providing flexible tuition aid plans to support the diverse needs of our students. Our plans include the Self Investment Payment Option (SIPO), Professional Payment Option (PPO), Employer Reimbursement Option (ERO), and Individual Scholarships Option (ISO). By applying for and participating in any of these plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Self Investment Payment Option (SIPO):

    • SIPO is designed for students paying out-of-pocket.

    • Payment schedules and amounts will be agreed upon in advance and must be adhered to unless renegotiated with a financial coach.

    • Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in temporary suspension of access to educational resources and services until the account is settled.

    • Financial coaches are available to assist with payment planning and any financial challenges that may arise.

    2. Professional Payment Option (PPO):

    • PPO allows businesses to sponsor employee training and certifications.

    • The sponsoring organization is responsible for timely payments as per the agreed schedule.

    • Students under PPO must ensure their sponsoring organization is aware of payment deadlines and requirements.

    • Account status can be checked online, and any discrepancies should be reported immediately to our finance department.

    3. Employer Reimbursement Option (ERO):

    • ERO is available to students employed by companies offering tuition reimbursement for courses relevant to their professional roles.

    • Students are responsible for understanding their employer’s reimbursement policies and ensuring compliance with both Emet Global Education and employer requirements.

    • Emet Global Education will provide necessary documentation for reimbursement claims, but it is the student's responsibility to submit these to their employer.

    • Reimbursements are subject to the terms and conditions set by the employer, and Emet Global Education is not responsible for disputes arising from employer reimbursement policies.

    4. Individual Scholarships Option (ISO):

    • ISO provides funding opportunities for qualified military spouses through the Department of Veteran Affairs and other scholarship bodies.

    • Eligibility for scholarships is determined by the respective scholarship provider, and students are responsible for meeting all application and compliance requirements.

    • Scholarship funds will be applied directly to the student’s account for tuition costs; any excess funds will be handled according to the specific scholarship’s terms.

    • Students are encouraged to explore all potential scholarship opportunities and adhere to application deadlines and requirements.

    General Terms:

    • Students must maintain good academic standing to remain eligible for any tuition aid plan.

    • Any changes in a student's enrollment status, financial situation, or personal circumstances that may affect their tuition aid plan must be reported to Emet Global Education immediately.

    • Emet Global Education reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate tuition aid plans at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students as soon as possible.

    • Disputes arising from tuition aid plans will be resolved at the discretion of Emet Global Education, with the aim of achieving a fair and equitable outcome for all parties involved.

By participating in any of Emet Global Education's Tuition Aid Plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your commitment to fulfilling these obligations is essential to your academic success and the integrity of our educational support programs.
