What are you most thankful for this year at Delicate Homecare?

Contest Policy for the "Thankful Contest"

1. Eligibility:
   The contest is open to all current employees of Delicate Homecare Agency.

2. Entry Requirements:
   Participants must complete all required fields in the entry form and submit a short written response sharing what they are thankful for at Delicate Homecare. Entries must be submitted by November 25th.

3. Selection Process:
   The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. Each participant will have an equal chance of being selected through a random basket draw. There will be one winner.

4. Prize:
   The winner of the contest will receive a $25 Gift Card. The gift card will be awarded to the selected winner and must be collected within 30 days of being notified.

5. Winner Notification:
   The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the form. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be drawn.

6. Story Sharing:
   By submitting your story, you agree to allow Delicate Homecare to share your thankfulness story in newsletters, emails, or other internal communications if you choose to opt-in. You will be asked for permission to share your story on the form.

7. Contest Deadline:
   All entries must be received by November 25th. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

8. No Purchase Necessary:
   Participation in the contest is free, and no purchase is required to enter.

9. Privacy:
   All personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
