We are a non-profit school that work with different funding agencies who may solicit certain demographic information to meet federal reporting requirements. Applicants are requested to provide the following information voluntarily. This information will not be utilized in a discriminatory manner

Please add all the selected "optional" costs you would like to include in your tuition aid agreement to the tuition cost and insert the total in this box.

Please select the ways in which you plan to pay for school. If you are also paying out of pocket, please select SIPO along with your other Tuition Aid option.

By continuing with this enrollment agreement you understand that Emet Global Education Group, it's employees or subsidiaries cannot guarantee the employment of our students. You are acknowledging that you were never promised a job as an incentive to enroll in this program. You understand that EGEG career services is solely for assisting our students with career preparation tools and resources but it is the student's responsibility to seek employment. For EGEG programs that include externship as part of the curriculum and as a requirement to graduating, it is our responsibility to work with our students in locating externship sites to complete the required hours.

I understand that this application is for admission only for the program indicated. I agree that I am bound by the institution’s regulations concerning application deadlines and admission requirements. I agree to the release of any transcripts and test scores to this institution, including any SAT, Achievement Test, and ACT score reports, if requested. I certify that this information is complete and accurate. I understand that making false or fraudulent statements within this application or residency statement will result in disciplinary action, denial of admission and invalidation of credit or degrees earned. If admitted, I agree to abide by the policies of Emet Global Education Group academic board and the rules and regulations of the institution and all it's governing body. Should any information change prior to my entry into the institution, I will notify the Office of Admissions. I understand that the application fee I submit with this application is a non-refundable fee.
